The petitioner in the writ petition is claiming maternity leave.
According to her she applied for maternity leave w.e.f.
19.3.2016. In respect of her claim, the petitioner has submitted
an application dated 1.2.2016, Annexure-4 to the writ petition,
before the District Basic Education Officer, Baghpat through
the Principal, Poorva Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Gurana, Baghpat,
under receiving which has been forwarded by the Principal to
the District Basic Education Officer, Baghpat. The learned
counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon a
Government order dated 22.12.2015, Annexure-7 to the writ
petition, which is applicable in the case of honorary teachers,
being paid honorarium of the post graduate colleges and
submits that the petitioner is also entitled to maternity leave. A
similar matter came up before the Supreme Court in the case of
Municipal Corporation of Delhi Vs Female Workers reported
in 2000 LawSuit (SC) 487 wherein the Supreme Court referring
to Article 11 of the Convention on the Elimination of all forms
of discrimination against women adopted by the United Nations
on 18.12.1979 has held that the principles laid down in Article
11 thereof must be read into the contract of service of the
women employees employed in the Municipal Corporation of
Delhi. Paragraph 34 of the judgment reads as under:-
"Delhi is the capital of India. No other City or
Corporation would be more conscious than the City of Delhi
that India is a signatory to various International
covenants and treaties. The Universal Declaration of Human
Rights, adopted by the United Nations on 10th of December,
1948, set in motion the universal thinking that human
rights are supreme and ought to be preserved at all costs.
This was followed by a series of Conventions. On 18th of
December, 1979, the United Nations adopted the "Convention
on the Elimination of all forms of discrimination against
women". Article 11 of this Convention provides as under:-
"Article 11
1. States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to
eliminate discrimination against women in the field of
employment in order to ensure, on a basis of equality of
men and women, the same rights, in particular;
(a) The right to work as an inalienable right of all human
beings;
(b) The right to the same employment opportunities,
including the application of the same criteria for
selection in matters of employment;
(c) The right to free choice of profession and employment,
the right to promotion, job security and all benefits and
conditions of service and the right to receive vocational
training and retraining, including apprenticeships,
advanced vocational train-ing and recurrent training;
(d) The right to equal remuneration, including benefits,
and to equal treatment in respect of work of equal value,
as well as equality of treatment in the evaluation of the
quality of work;
(e) The right to social security, particularly in cases of
retire-ment, unemployment, sickness, invalidity and old age
and other incapacity to work, as well as the right to paid
leave.
(f) The right to protection of health and to safety in
working conditions, including the safeguarding of the
function of repro-duction.
2. In order to prevent discrimination against women on the
grounds of marriage or maternity and to ensure their
effective right to work, States Parties shall take
appropriate measures :
(a) To prohibit, subject to the imposition of sanctions,
dismissal on the grounds of pregnancy or of maternity leave
and discrimi-nation in dismissals on the basis of marital
status;
(b) To introduce maternity leave with pay or with
comparable social benefits without loss of former
employment, seniority or social allowances;
(c) To encourage the provision of the necessary supporting
social services to enable parents to combine family
obligations with work responsibilities and participation in
public life, in particular through promoting the
establishment and develop-ment of a network of child-care
facilities;
(d) To provide special protection to women during pregnancy
in types of work proved to be harmful to them.
3. Protective legislation relating to matters covered in
this article shall be reviewed periodically in the light of
scientific and technological knowledge and shall be
revised, repealed or extended as necessary."
It is not disputed that the conditions which are applicable to the
contractual women employees would also be applicable in the
case of the present petitioner and any act to the contrary would
amount to discrimination against women employees.
In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with
a direction to the respondent no.5-District Basic Education
Officer, Baghpat to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant
of maternity leave in accordance with law in the light of the
observations made above within a period of one month from the
date of receipt of a certified copy of this order in his office.
The petitioner shall also provide a copy of the application dated
1.2.2016 along with certified copy of this order to respondent

अल्प अनुदेशको के संघर्ष से अल्प आदेश
धरने में प्रतिभाग किये हुये समस्त अनुदेशक साथियो को समर्पित और घर बैठे आदेश का इंतजार कर रहे साथियो को बधाई!!
साथियो 29 अगस्त को ए सी पी की अध्यक्षता में हुयी बैठक में बनी सहमति बिन्दुओ पर 15 दिनों के पश्चात भी आदेश न जारी करने के विरोध में 27 सितम्बर से 6 अक्टूबर तक राज्य परियोजना कार्यालय निशांतगंज पर धरना चला जिसमे 3 बिन्दुओ पर तत्काल माo बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री जी द्वारा सहमति दी गयी जिसमे नवीनीकरण और स्थान्तरण/पारस्परिक स्थान्तरण का आदेश हुआ है (इन दोनों बिन्दुओ का आदेश संलग्न है), एवम् 7वे वेतन का न्यूनतम् वेतनमान(केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित 18000/राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रतीक्षारत) हम अनुदेशको पर लागू करने हेतू सुचना/प्रस्ताव अपने विभाग से वित्त विभाग को भेजा जा चूका है उक्त प्रस्ताव पर वित्त विभाग में पैरवी हेतु संगठन की तरफ से मेरे सहित बृजेश त्रिपाठी,विवेक सिंह,रणवीर सिंह रहेंगे।।
मानदेय की बढ़ोत्तरी हेतु संघ पहले से ही प्रयासरत है और इसी क्रम में 23 सिंतबर को 7वे वेतन समिति कमेटी के सम्मुख तर्क सहित अपना पक्ष रखा जा चूका है और वेतन कमेटी हम अनुदेशको पर लागू करने हेतू सहमति भी नजर आ रही है।वित्त सचिव द्वारा यह भी कहा गया था की विभाग से प्रस्ताव भिजवा दो वो भी इस धरने में प्रयास करके सुचना/प्रस्ताव भिजवा दिया गया है।साथ में ही 7वे कमेटी के सम्मुख अधिवक्ता के द्वारा भी एक मांग पत्र भिजवा दिया गया है।जिससे भविष्य में यदि वेतन कमेटी हम पर किन्ही कारणों से लागू न हो तो हाई कोर्ट की शरण ली जा सके,साथियो 7वे वेतन का न्यूनतम हम अनुदेशको को मिले इसके लिए जो प्रक्रिया है वो सही दिशा में गतिमान है और हर कोशिस की जायेगी की विभाग द्वारा भेजे प्रस्ताव को मंजूर कराया जा सके।
साथियो 10 दिन के धरने के बाद मिली सफलता को सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ लोग लाठी की सफलता बता रहे है तो मैं सिर्फ इतना कहुगा की हम लोगो के धरने से जो सफलता मिली है उसके अतिरिक्त अगर कोई और सफलता दिलाये होते तो शायद आज अनुदेशक बेहतर स्थिति में होते लेकिन कोई बात नही हम स्वयं और अपने संघ के पदाधिकारियो व सहयोगी अनुदेशको से अपील करते है की सोशल मिडिया के बजाय जमीन पर और अनुदेशक हित में काम जारी रखे।
धरने में प्रतिभाग करने वाले समस्त प्रदेश पदाधिकारियो,जिला अध्य्क्षओ,ब्लॉक पदाधिकारियो एवम् प्रतिभाग करने वाले समस्त अनुदेशको विशेषतः महिला अनुदेशको को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद एवम् आभार एवम् आगे के संघर्षो में इसी तरह सहयोग की अपेक्षा।
संगठन के प्रयास से सुचना प्राप्त जनपदों का फरवरी 2017 तक का मानदेय भुगतान का बजट उक्त जनपदों को भिजवा दिया गया है जिन जनपदों की सुचना राज्य परियोजना निदेशालय नही भेजा गया है उक्त जनपद के जिलाध्यक्ष अपने अपने जनपद में सहायक एवम् वित्त लेखा अधिकारी/अनुदेशक प्रभारी समन्वयक से अपने अपने जनपद की सुचना(पुराने एवम् नवीन अनुदेशको की) अविलम्ब सुचना परियोजना कार्यालय को प्रेषित कराये जिससे शेष बचे जनपदों का बजट भी भिजवाया जा सके ।।

साथियो 29 अगस्त को ए सी पी की अध्यक्षता में हुयी बैठक में बनी सहमति बिन्दुओ पर 15 दिनों के पश्चात भी आदेश न जारी करने के विरोध में 27 सितम्बर से 6 अक्टूबर तक राज्य परियोजना कार्यालय निशांतगंज पर धरना चला जिसमे 3 बिन्दुओ पर तत्काल माo बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री जी द्वारा सहमति दी गयी जिसमे नवीनीकरण और स्थान्तरण/पारस्परिक स्थान्तरण का आदेश हुआ है (इन दोनों बिन्दुओ का आदेश संलग्न है), एवम् 7वे वेतन का न्यूनतम् वेतनमान(केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित 18000/राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रतीक्षारत) हम अनुदेशको पर लागू करने हेतू सुचना/प्रस्ताव अपने विभाग से वित्त विभाग को भेजा जा चूका है उक्त प्रस्ताव पर वित्त विभाग में पैरवी हेतु संगठन की तरफ से मेरे सहित बृजेश त्रिपाठी,विवेक सिंह,रणवीर सिंह रहेंगे।।
मानदेय की बढ़ोत्तरी हेतु संघ पहले से ही प्रयासरत है और इसी क्रम में 23 सिंतबर को 7वे वेतन समिति कमेटी के सम्मुख तर्क सहित अपना पक्ष रखा जा चूका है और वेतन कमेटी हम अनुदेशको पर लागू करने हेतू सहमति भी नजर आ रही है।वित्त सचिव द्वारा यह भी कहा गया था की विभाग से प्रस्ताव भिजवा दो वो भी इस धरने में प्रयास करके सुचना/प्रस्ताव भिजवा दिया गया है।साथ में ही 7वे कमेटी के सम्मुख अधिवक्ता के द्वारा भी एक मांग पत्र भिजवा दिया गया है।जिससे भविष्य में यदि वेतन कमेटी हम पर किन्ही कारणों से लागू न हो तो हाई कोर्ट की शरण ली जा सके,साथियो 7वे वेतन का न्यूनतम हम अनुदेशको को मिले इसके लिए जो प्रक्रिया है वो सही दिशा में गतिमान है और हर कोशिस की जायेगी की विभाग द्वारा भेजे प्रस्ताव को मंजूर कराया जा सके।
साथियो 10 दिन के धरने के बाद मिली सफलता को सोशल मीडिया पर कुछ लोग लाठी की सफलता बता रहे है तो मैं सिर्फ इतना कहुगा की हम लोगो के धरने से जो सफलता मिली है उसके अतिरिक्त अगर कोई और सफलता दिलाये होते तो शायद आज अनुदेशक बेहतर स्थिति में होते लेकिन कोई बात नही हम स्वयं और अपने संघ के पदाधिकारियो व सहयोगी अनुदेशको से अपील करते है की सोशल मिडिया के बजाय जमीन पर और अनुदेशक हित में काम जारी रखे।
धरने में प्रतिभाग करने वाले समस्त प्रदेश पदाधिकारियो,जिला अध्य्क्षओ,ब्लॉक पदाधिकारियो एवम् प्रतिभाग करने वाले समस्त अनुदेशको विशेषतः महिला अनुदेशको को बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद एवम् आभार एवम् आगे के संघर्षो में इसी तरह सहयोग की अपेक्षा।
संगठन के प्रयास से सुचना प्राप्त जनपदों का फरवरी 2017 तक का मानदेय भुगतान का बजट उक्त जनपदों को भिजवा दिया गया है जिन जनपदों की सुचना राज्य परियोजना निदेशालय नही भेजा गया है उक्त जनपद के जिलाध्यक्ष अपने अपने जनपद में सहायक एवम् वित्त लेखा अधिकारी/अनुदेशक प्रभारी समन्वयक से अपने अपने जनपद की सुचना(पुराने एवम् नवीन अनुदेशको की) अविलम्ब सुचना परियोजना कार्यालय को प्रेषित कराये जिससे शेष बचे जनपदों का बजट भी भिजवाया जा सके ।।

दूरदर्शन पर हुई परिचर्चा एवम् etv द्वारा
*आज दूरदर्शन पर हुई परिचर्चा एवम् etv द्वारा परियोजना घेराव को प्रमुखता से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया में दिखने के बाद बेसिक विभाग की नींद खुली और बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री श्री अहमद हसन जी ने आनन् फानन में बेसिक विभाग के समस्त अधिकारियो को तलब कर लिया जिसमे बेसिक शिक्षा सचिव श्री अजय कुमार सिंह,परियोजना निदेशक ssa श्री जी प्रियदर्शी,बेसिक निदेशक श्री डी बी शर्मा जी एवम् अनुभाग 5 के अधिकारी श्री शैलेश तिवारी जी प्रमुख रहे।*
*वार्ता के दौरान 5 बिन्दुवो पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई जिसमे 3 बिन्दुवो पर तत्काल मंत्री जे ने अपने हस्ताक्षर करते हुए आदेशित कर दिया जिसमे*
*1-7वे वेतन आयोग में न्यूनतंम वेतनमान हेतु अनुदेशको का प्रस्ताव वित्त विभाग को भेज जाना*

लाठीचार्ज का दिखने लगा असर
*लाठीचार्ज का दिखने लगा असर*...
साथियो उच्च प्राथमिक अनुदेशक शिक्षक वेल्फेयर एशोसिएशन उ०प्र० द्वारा ४ अक्टूबर को किये गये विधानसभा घेराव में हुए लाठीचार्ज का असर साफ दिखने लगा पूरे प्रदेश में खबर गई और सपा सरकार की किरकिरी हुई जिसके फलस्वरुप सरकार दबाव में आ गई और एक बात तो सत्य है जो कुछ मिलता है लाठी खाने से ही क्योकि इतने धरने हुए पैरवी हुई ५५ दिन लम्बा संघर्ष चला लेकिन सपा सरकार वादा खिलाफी करती रही !

"उच्च प्राथमिक अनु०शिक्षक वेल०एसो० उ०प्र०" के वैनर तले विधानसभा घेराव
जैसा कि आप सभी को ज्ञात है कि आज "उच्च प्राथमिक अनु०शिक्षक वेल०एसो० उ०प्र०" के वैनर तले विधानसभा घेराव था जिसमें हमारे अनेकों क्रांतिकारी साथियों ने प्रतिभाग किया !
आप सभी को ज्ञात हो कि विधानसभा का घेराव करते समय प्रशासन द्वारा लाठी चार्ज कर दिया गया था जिसमें हमारे संगठन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तेजस्वी शुक्ला, प्रदेश महासचिव भोला नाथ पाण्डेय, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष प्रियंक मिश्रा, देवरिया जिले के मीडिया प्रभारी अजीत यादव को ज़्यदा चोट आयी है और इन्हे प्रशासन ने पकड़ कर हज़रतगंज थाने ले गयी और हमारे अनेकों साथियों को भी चोट आयी और अनेकों साथियों को पकड़ कर हुसैनगंज थाने ले गयी !
अनुदेशको के हज़रतगंज थाने पर दबाव बनाने पर प्रशासन ने उन्हे लगभग 3:00 p.m. पर छोड़ दिया !
इन सारी घटना कि जानकारी अनेकों पेपर न्यूज एवम चैनल मीडिया न्यूज को हो गयी जिससे उसने इसको कवर भी किया है !
बस अफसोस इस बात की है कि हमारे इन सभी भाइयों के दर्द का एहसास अनेकों अनुदेशक और अनुदेशिकाओं को तनिक मात्र भी नहीँ है और घर पर बैठे बैठे सोसल मीडिया से तमाशे देख रहे हैं या तमाशे के न्यूज का इंतजार कर रहे हैं और वो केवल सोसल मीडिया पर B.C. करते हैं लेकिन किसी भी धरने या घेराव में नहीँ पहुँचते !
तो मैं बता दूँ कि "जो दूसरे की मेहनत का तमाशा देखते हैं, तो उनकी जिंदगी खुद ही एक तमाशा बन कर रह जाती है" !

27 सितम्बर से चल रहे धरने को किसी भी कीमत में कमजोर न करे अन्यथा की स्थिति में आपको कुछ करने या सोचने का समय नही मिलेगा।क्योंकि आज एक संघ द्वारा किये गए विधान सभा घेराव का हश्र देख चुके है।अगर आप लोग अभी भी नही जागे तो जीवन भर सोना पड़ेगा।इसलिए सही दिशा में चल रहे धरना प्रदर्शन को अपना सहयोग प्रदान करे और धरने को सफल बनाये।यदि आप सब ने स्कूल का मोह न त्याग किये तो कहि वो स्कूल आपको न त्याग दे जो की बहुत दुखद होगा।
आप सब स्कूल से सामूहिक अवकाश लेकर धरने में प्रतिभग करे।और इस चुनावी वर्ष का लाभ उठावे अन्यथा अगले 3 साल तो सब को स्कूल ही देखना है।
दूरदर्शन चैनल द्वारा एक बार पुनः अनुदेशक की पीड़ा को समझ गया है और वो प्रयास में है की कल एक परिचर्चा विभाग के अधिकारियो व् सरकार के प्रतनिधियो से हो जिससे अनुदेशको की मांग ऊपर तक आसानी से पहुच सके।कल इस चर्चा को होने की 99%सम्भावना हो गयी है।यदि दूरदर्शन वाले हमारा इतना साथ दे सकते है तो हम अपने अधिकार को लेने के लिए एकजुट क्यों नही हो सकते है।इसलिए आप सब कल भीड़ जुटाने का प्रयास करे जिससे आपकी आवाज को ऊपर तक पहुचाया जा सके तथा हम सब अपने उद्देश्य में सफल हो।

अपनी पीठ से निकले खंजरों को गिना जब मैंने,
ठीक उतने थे जितने को गले लगाया था मैंने।
अब आप सभी होश में आओ क्योंकि विधान सभा घेराव के फ्लॉप शो को भी आपने देख लिया। इधर हम परियोजना कार्यालय में बैठ कर बने हुए सहमति की शासनादेश की मांग कर रहे है। उधर एक अन्य अनुदेशक संघ के नेता नेतागीरी की भूख मिटाने के लिए विधानसभा घेराव करने पहुँच गए। अब इससे ये प्रतीत हो गया की आप नही वो चुनिंदा नेता जिनको हम गले लगाते है वही हमारे पीठ में खंजर खोपने का काम कर रहे है।
आप की नींद अब अवश्य खुलनी चाहिए। क्योकि राकेश पटेल की टीम को नेतागीरी नही करनी है न करना चाहती है, बस आपको सम्मान कैसे मिले वो हिम्मत लेकर परियोजना कार्यालय के परिसर में इतने दिनो से धरने में बैठकर इतिहास रच रही है।
कसम से वो दिन दूर नही जिसमे चन्द घंटे शेष बचे है की आप को वो सारे शासनादेश न मिल जाये।
धिक्कार है तुम जैसे अनुदेशकों पर जो घर से व स्कूल को नही छोड़ रहे है।
मैं बस यही कहूँगा सही का साथ दो, झुठो का साथ छोड़ो।
भोला ने ही कहा था कि अनुदेशकों का कोई मानदेय नही बढ़ा है वो झूठ साबित हुआ 1470 राकेश पटेल की टीम ने दिया, मातृत्व अवकास में भी बोले थे वो भी मिला। अब वे आजमगढ़ के ज़िला अध्यक्ष व राकेश पटेल को झूठा साबित कर रहे थे वो भी कोर्ट ऑर्डर के साथ उनके मुँह पर मार दी गई।
जल्द ही आपको वो भी मिलेगी जिसका राकेश पटेल न वादा किया है।

भोला ने ही कहा था कि अनुदेशकों का कोई मानदेय नही बढ़ा है वो झूठ साबित हुआ 1470 राकेश पटेल की टीम ने दिया, मातृत्व अवकास में भी बोले थे वो भी मिला। अब वे आजमगढ़ के ज़िला अध्यक्ष व राकेश पटेल को झूठा साबित कर रहे थे वो भी कोर्ट ऑर्डर के साथ उनके मुँह पर मार दी गई।
जल्द ही आपको वो भी मिलेगी जिसका राकेश पटेल न वादा किया है।

छात्र संख्या सौ को लेकर हाईकोर्ट का अभी तक कोई आदेश नहींआया है―भ्रमित ना हों।
मित्रों दो दिन से आजमगढ़ जनपद के जिम्मेदार पदाधिकारी जिलाध्यक्ष के द्वारा एक पोस्ट सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल किया गया है जिसमें छात्र संख्या सौ से कम होने पर हाईकोर्ट से नवीनीकरण के आदेश की बात कही गयी है तो मैं आपको बताता चलूँ कि जनपद- आजमगढ़ के विकास खण्ड-पवई की पू०मा०वि०-रामापुर की अनुदेशिका-सुंदरावती देवी एवं माया राजभर के स्कूल में छात्र संख्या सौ से कम (55) होने पर नवीनीकरण से रोका गया था इसपर हाईकोर्ट में रिट दायर किया गया था।
रिट संख्या-46852/2016 (रिट-A) है।इस रिट में इस तरह का कोई आदेश अभी तक नहीं आया है। आपलोग कदापि भ्रमित न हों और लगातार अपने अपने स्कूलों में छात्रों की संख्या सौ से अधिक बनाए रखिए और संगठन के साथ मिलकर इस जुल्म के खिलाफ लगातार संघर्ष करते रहिए।संगठन के द्वारा कल दिनांक-4/10/16 को विधान सभा के घेराव का कार्यक्रम रखा गया है।ऐसे समय में एक जिम्मेदार पदाधिकारी को इतनी गलत और भ्रामक पोस्ट नहीं करना चाहिए था।यदि यह केवल घेराव को विफल करने की साजिश है तो यह अत्यंत गलत बात है और मैं इसकी घोर निंदा करता हूँ और वहाँ के जिलाध्यक्ष जी को इस तरह की भ्रामक पोस्ट करने के लिए प्रेरित करने वाले साथियों की भी घोर निंदा करता हूँ।
मित्रों अफवाहों से बचते हुए अपने अपने घरों से निकल दीजिए।अभी भी पर्याप्त समय है।कल सुबह एक इतिहास लिखना है।और उसके गवाह आप सब भी बनें।

विनती पूर्वक आग्रह और निवेदन
आप सभी लोगों से मैं विनती पूर्वक आग्रह और निवेदन करता हूँ की आप सभी लोग "4 अक्टूबर 2016" को सुनिश्चित "विधानसभा घेराव" में जरूर चले और इस ऐतिहासिक पल का आप लोग भी गवाह बने !
हमारे बहुत से साथी हैं जो अनेकों बहाने बनाते हैं और वो यह सोचते हैं कि सबका कुछ होगा तो उनका भी हो जाएगा तो भाइयों अगर आप ही की तरह सब लोग यही सोचने लगे तो आप लोग ही बताइये की यह लड़ाई कौन लड़ेगा ?

इतिहास गवाह है कि कोई भी संघर्ष अब तक बिना आप लोगों के जीती नहीं जा सकी है।किसी भी संघर्ष की ताकत आप हो।किसी भी संघर्ष की हिम्मत आप हो।किसी भी सफलता का कारण आप हो। बिना आपके संघर्ष तो संभव है सफलता नहीं।
चूंकि अनुदेशकों की कुल कार्यरत आबादी में लगभग 60 प्रतिशत से अधिक आप लोगों की संख्या है इसलिए अनुदेशकों के किसी भी संघर्ष में सदैव महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका आप लोगों की ही रहेगी। जब तक आप महिला अनुदेशक जागरूक होकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी नहीं समझेंगी तब तक हम अनुदेशक संघर्ष तो कर सकते हैं लेकिन उस संघर्ष में धार नहीं आयेगी।
मैं आप सभी महिला अनुदेशकों के अंदर अदृश्य रूप में बसी माँ दुर्गा, माँ काली और माँ चण्डी का आह्वान करता हूँ कि बाहर आइए अपने घरों से और दिखा दीजिए सबको, जिन्होंने केवल सदैव आपके वात्सल्य रूप का ही दर्शन किया है, दिखा दीजिए कि आप अपने पर आ जाए तो कोई भी लक्ष्य छोटा पड़ जाता है,आप अपने पर आ जाए तो बडे बडे आतताई सिर झुका लेते है तो फिर राज्य सरकार की क्या औकात है।
4 अक्टूबर के महासंग्राम में आपलोगों से आह्वान है कि इतनी अधिक संख्या में कोलाहल मचा दीजिए कि प्रदेश के युवा मुख्यमंत्री विवस होकर आपके प्रतिनिधि मण्डल को बुलाकर आपका दर्द पूंछें और उस दर्द का इलाज भी करें।
जैसे दूसरे के मरने से आप स्वर्ग नहीं देख सकते उसी तरह दूसरे के संघर्ष से आप कभी सफल नहीं हो सकते।स्वर्ग देखने की ख्वाहिश हो तो खुद मरिए और सफल होना हो तो खुद लड़िए।

मित्रों हम रोज कम से कम 1000 पोस्ट अनुदेशकों की देखते है और पढ़ते भी है जिसमे रोज अनुदेशकों के बल और पौरुष को याद दिलाया जाता है बहनो को दुर्गा रानी लक्ष्मी बाई और बिरांगना का रूप बताया जाता है चलिए इस बार पूरे यूपी की ही बात है तो मायावती अखिलेश यादव या जिसको आदर्श मानते हो उन्ही को आदर्श मान कर घरों से बाहर निकले मित्रों और उन साथियो के लिए तो जरूर कहूँगा की जो 4 अक्टूबर का इन्तजार कर रहे तो आपको बता दूँ की इस 27 सितम्बर से अनवरत चल रहे धरने में भी आपके ही अधिकारों की माँग और लड़ाई लड़ी जा रही है आपके कार्य मुक्ति का आदेश नही निकलवाया जा रहा। मित्रों कुछ साथी कहते है की अगर एक दिन के संख्याबल दिखाने से बाते पूरी हो जाती तो हमारा भारत वर्ष कई साल गुलामी की जंजीरो में नही जकड़ा रहता मेरे साथियों तो कहना चाहूँगा की आपके अधिकारो की लड़ाई का आज पांचवा दिन था कल भारी संख्याबल ने निदेशालय में तालाबंदी की तो सचिव साहब ने तुरंत बुला कर वार्ता की और कहा की आपके 3 विन्दुओं पर सहमति बन रही है जल्द ही जिओ जारी कर दिया जायेगा लेकिन प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राकेश पटेल जी ने कहा की इस बार बिना जीओ के नही मित्रों सोमवार को आप सब अपनी ताकत और संख्या बल इतना भीषण दिखा दे की जिओ उसी दिन मिल जाय मित्रों आपको बता दू की अब बहुत कम समय है जो कुछ मिल जाए ओ ले ली जिए नही। तो आगामी 5 साल खूब नेतागीरी करना। मित्रों आपके लिए एक खुश खबरी है की आपकी न्यूनतम वेतन मान की फाइल भेज दी गई है साथियों मुझे एक बात याद आती है के मोदी जी अपने भाषणों में अपनी जन सभाओं में कहते थे और है भी की भारत की सवा सौ करोड़ जनता का मैं प्रधान सेवक हूँ और भारत की जनता का भविष्य सही हाथो में है मित्रों इस बात को उन्होंने सत्य कर दिखाया उसका ताजा उदाहरण सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक है मित्रो अनुदेशक साथियों को भी पूरी तरह विस्वस्त होकर पूर्व माध्यमिक अनुदेशक कल्ल्याण समिती के साथ रहना चाहिए क्यूकी अनुदेशको का भी भविष्य सही हांथो में है जिसका नेतृत्व राकेश पटेल जी करते है मित्रो मैं वादा करता हूँ की इस संगठन के रहते अनुदेशको का कभी कोई अधिकार हनित नही होगा और मित्रों आप सब ये भी जान ले की यही संघ आपको सम्मान जनक जीवन जीने के भी काबिल बनायेगा मित्रों ये मेरे द्वारा (अभय सिंह) लिखा गया लेख है तो आप सब अगर थोड़ा सा भी शर्म मसशूस करे तो सोमवार को लखनऊ निशात गंज राज्य। परयोजना कार्यालय/ निदेषालय जरूर पहुँचे।। नही तो 4 को आप लोग लखनऊ घूमने जायेंगे ही और एक निवेदन अगर जो लोग 4 को लखनऊ जायँगे उनसे कहूँगा की इस बार नाक न कटाना कुछ करना और करवाना जरूर मित्रों अनुदेशक हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए ये जरूर कहूँगा की यदि मेरा धरना 4 से पहले G.O मिलने के बाद खत्म हुआ तो मैं भी विधान सभा घेराव में जरूर चलूँगा मित्रो जिससे की समायोजन तो हो ही गया है अबकी बार पेंशन भी बहाल हो जाए मित्रों बाते तो बहुत है सुनना है तो सोमवार को लखनऊ आओ इन्ही निवेदनों के साथ आप से उम्मीद की आपके घर कार्ड भेजे गए है मिलते ही अनुदेशकों के इस ब्रम्हभोज में लखनऊ जरूर आये और लजीज भोजन का भी लुफ्त उठाये आपके आने की उम्मीद लिए 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 आपका अभय सिंह जिलाध्यक्ष पूर्व माध्यमिक अनुदेशक कल्ल्याण समिती फैज़ाबाद ज़िला महा मंत्री शैलेंद्र सिंह फैज़ाबाद 9839748383
